Mrs. Shilpa Maheshwari

Non Independent and Non-Executive Director

Mrs. Shilpa Maheshwari holds a degree in Science and brings more than ten years of hands-on experience in the e-commerce industry. Over the years, she has played a key role in building and managing online businesses that serve both Indian and international markets.

She possesses a practical understanding of how digital retail works-from day-to-day operations and logistics to customer relationship management. Her journey in e-commerce has allowed her to adapt to changing market trends and technologies with confidence.

Her core strengths include product sourcing, handling online marketplaces, and managing export requirements. This diverse exposure has given her a clear grasp of how both Indian and global e-commerce systems function, enabling her to operate effectively across markets.

Mr. Amit Sethi is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a valid Certificate of Practice. With over 20 years of professional experience, he has developed strong expertise in accounting, auditing, costing, finance, and taxation. He is academically accomplished as well, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce along with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), which further strengthens his professional capabilities.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant with deep expertise in finance, taxation, and corporate governance. In addition to her CA credentials, she holds a DISA (Diploma in Information Systems Audit) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
